The customer’s right of withdrawal
- The services sold on the saintvia.ro website are exempt from the right of withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with current legislation, as they involve the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a material medium, and the performance began with the prior express consent of the Client. Thus, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal, and the amounts paid for a service on our site cannot be refunded.
